We possess the expertise for the creation, production and broadcast of high-quality, original 100% Catholic programming via radio, television and the Internet. In the U.S., we are building our capacity to broadcast programming to restore the dignity of all persons, inspiring them to recognize and understand that they are each unique and precious in the sight of God, their creator.

We are also working to create and record original Catholic music and to produce printed materials and are leading retreats for adults, young adults, and young persons.

“The Internet is the Third Millennium vehicle of Evangelization” (Pope John Paul II).

Since 1996, the internet has been used to carry the Good News to people from all corners of the world.

Among the innovations there is the “New Song Media” website, where you can find: WebTV , Blogs, Videos, Mobile, Wiki and Podcast. The New Song Community invests in tools that follow the concept of Web 2.0, in which allows the user to upload its own program in the internet.

The New Song Media combines information with education, culture, spirituality, musical clips, news from the Church in US and worldwide. Our website enables the broadest access, completely free, to the evangelizing content of The New Song Media, such as lectures, documentary, kids, news, psalms, prayers and videos.

The New Song Catholic Community began its ministry in the U.S. on January 2004 in the Archdiocese of Dallas when the Bishop Emeritus Charles V. Grahmann invited us to work to serve the needs of his Church and the inaugural mission house in the U.S. was opened.

By the end of 2006, the community had six full-time lay missionaries from Brazil working in Dallas and expanded the group to include the first priest from the Community working in the U.S., when the second office opened at the service of the Church of Atlanta led by Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory in the summer of 2007.

Since arriving to the United States, the missionaries have been active all over the East Coast as well as in Colorado, Texas and California. Our ministry is unique in that nearly everyone working in the mission is a consecrated member of the New Song Community, which just received last November the Pontifical Recognition from the Vatican as an Association of the Faithful with International Canonical Rights.

Each of these missionaries has made a sacred commitment to God to make it their life’s mission to evangelize others and, in turn, to accept being evangelized by them.
